Add subscription anniversary date to the dashboard.

It would be nice to know when the credits will reload and it would be nice if you could add the subscription date to the dashboard, so for example, if I subscribed on the 30th of April, then the subscription anniversary date would be every month on the 30th. Something like that, or it could just be the date when the subscription started.
